Lead Full Stack Engineer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver using agile process using CI/CD pipelines;
- Perform security and code reviews;
- Develop quick PoCs to evaluate the concept and technical feasibility;
- Own the architecture and be a single point of contact for design and development;
- Architect, Design and Develop microservices using Java, Spring boot, MySQL, NoSQL on AWS as well as on-premise solution;
- Work with global teams to capture requirements and co-architect solutions;
- Participates in review and decision making for enterprise solution;
- Owns the change request process and coordinates with other teams as necessary;
- Responsible for delivery of application technology solutions and data information planning effort;
- Develops and owns list of final enhancements;
- Coordinates and manages on-call support and owns the system monitoring process;
- Ensures unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan;
- Leads efforts with digital and marketing teams to increase the presence of web and other digital products;
- Reviews and monitors initiatives for end to end impact and coordination.
Requirements:
- Test-Driven Development & Automated Testing;
- 3-5 years of team leadership;
- Proven track record in technology solution proving and application architecture with emphasis on;
- Jenkins/CI frameworks;
- SQL Server/SSMS;
- HTML 5 web applications;
- AngularJS;
- Supporting developer’s growth and career path;
- 10-15 years software development with direct client involvement;
- Extensive experience with the product development life-cycle for a mature production software;
- BitBucket;
- Microsoft .NET/C# (Visual Studio);
- Previous experience in a software product shop;
- Comfortable with React or Angular 2+
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
