NetSuite Senior Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a NetSuite Senior Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in consulting practice planning budget;
- Continuous mentoring of consultants at all levels to define career path and achieve personal/professional goals;
- Collaborates with the sales team to effectively transition new clients into consulting practice;
- Monitors practice pipeline/capacity with enough foresight to drive intended resource utilization and productivity;
- At times, implement solutions for customers hands on, but work with other consultants to implement the solution;
- Manages practice and balances resource demand and output to achieve team based KPI’s;
- Leads team growth with candidate review, hiring, and onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Effective leadership qualities facilitating cross-functional teams successfully;
- 5+ years in team management related role with a heavy emphasis on leadership, business development, coaching/mentoring and career path development;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or another related field is required;
- NetSuite Certifications including NetSuite ERP Certification preferred;
- Travel – expect about 20% travel;
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functional modules, capabilities and limitations;
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship;
- 5-7 years of software consulting services delivery; in a SaaS / cloud computing environment;
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiating skill set. Excellent communication, follow-up skills;
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Productivity Suite including Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
