Our company is looking for a NOC Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onsite dispatch of Telecommunication vendor repair services;
  • Interacts with radio engineers, developers, functional representatives, regional IT directors, and customers to resolve production problems;
  • Monitor broadcast systems, production applications, servers and network using a combination of monitoring tools to ensure high availability;
  • Coordinate field router intrusive and non-intrusive testing and repair of circuits;
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and improving monitoring solutions for core applications.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrating the ability to make metric and data driven decisions;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with teams and customers;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in IT Operations including knowledge of common tools, methods, and techniques;
  • Ability to challenge information if the response does not fit the situation;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Help Desk or high-volume call center preferred;
  • Working knowledge of Internet Services: DNS, and E-mail;
  • Effective analytical, planning, organizational, and documentation skills;
  • Complete understanding of Routing and Networking;
  • Must be flexible, dependable and able to multi-task with priority;
  • Must be a team player;
  • General Wifi experience;
  • Must be familiar and able to communicate how to collect information from client devices, such as Windows, Apple and other networked devices;
  • Working experience with a network management system such as Zabbix or any of Network Monitoring tool;
  • Proficient in ticket and order management.
