Our company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with engineers to integrate quality processes and testing into the product development life cycle;
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports for the management team;
  • Establish, document, and enhance QA processes; train team members on those processes;
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics and developing processes which ensure quality goals are met;
  • Coordinate product release and quality reviews with a cross functional team of product owners, architects, and full stack developers;
  • Develops complex processes and process maps. Develops, implements and leads quality improvement teams;
  • Performs other duties as directed;
  • Provides quality training, consulting and standards interpretations;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all quality aspects of releases;
  • Develop, maintain, and operationalize test plans;
  • Leads accreditation assessments and problem investigations;
  • Work with architecture, product owners, and the development team to identify and capture test cases;
  • Be research savvy and a subject matter expert of current industry-wide QA processes, tools and technologies;
  • Develop, document, and execute test environments, test plans, and test/use cases;
  • Provide regular updates on sprint-based test plans and automation test runs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in testing CMS systems using tools such as Sitecore a plus;
  • SQL experience;
  • Experience leading and providing oversite for QA teams of 3-5 using agile or scrum methodologies;
  • 5+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience in which you played a key role in building and enhancing a QA function;
  • Experience with product development life cycle and test cycles (e.g. unit, integration, smoke), including test approach and case review;
  • BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience;
  • Accountability to accomplish Sprint goals and objectives;
  • 1-2 years of testing TCP/IP based Socket communications;
  • Experience with Test automation with C#
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing or related field;
  • Experience creating and maintaining test suites and cases using a tool such as target Process or JIRA;
  • Quality Assurance-L3 (Mandatory);
  • Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Provide regular updates on sprint-based test plans and automation test runs;
  • A passion for providing quality products.
