Risk Rules Monitoring – Senior Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Risk Rules Monitoring – Senior Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate investigation & resolution when business or technology alerts are fired;
- Identify process improvement opportunities based on keen observation and build consensus to drive change;
- Monitor Risk rules performance & operations on a day to day basis;
- Identify anomalies that indicate elevated risk and inform/influence partners to take corrective actions;
- Educate engineers on the business relevance of errors & issues and work cross-functionally to identify immediate & long term solutions.
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Financial Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, or equivalent experience;
- Exposure to change management best practices;
- Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical ability with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in Payments or FinTech risk preferred;
- Self-starter with high degree of accountability, organization and empathy;
- Ability to connect the dots between different Risk rules, KPIs & financial impact of breakdowns.
