Our company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with brokers and trading vendors to bring vendor tools into the desk;
  • Leads SOX general IT control and automated control design review, walkthrough, and testing, and coordinate with business partners in remediation;
  • Author and enter requirements/user stories into a requirements management tool, such as Top Team and Jira;
  • Architect the application configuration and integrations based on end user requirements and application functionality;
  • Facilitate and/or participate in joint analysis and design sessions with developers to understand needs of the customer;
  • Collaborate with designated members of the applicable business groups and product development team to create requirement documents;
  • Collaborate with developers and other analysts to ensure adherence to business requirements and customer needs;

  • Analyze long-term requirements for corporate systems and make recommendations and proposals for implementing technology strategies;
  • Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle ERP technology to meet day-to-day business needs as well as scaling and automating for volume and growth;

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of risk and regulatory control workflows and compliance systems;
  • Previous experience working with offshore consultants a plus;
  • Relevant Oracle specialist certifications strongly preferred;
  • Experience with data conversions and ERP integrations (such as Workday, Concur, legacy AP or AR systems) to Oracle applications;
  • SQL experience;
  • Loyalty industry experience;
  • A process-oriented individual, with strong project management skills, who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization;
