Senior Quality Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Quality Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs other related duties as assigned;
- Coordinate all aspects of the quality control improvement from start to finish;
- Manage risk-related issues that arise and implement controls to avoid recurrence;
- Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions;
- Ensures all project documentation is maintained accurately;
- Contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve deliverables;
- Assists with projects to successful completion within the committed time frame;
- Proactively identify potential quality control issues and work with internal resources on solutions;
- Work cross-departmentally to identify and resolve quality concerns;
- Participates in special projects as required;
- Validate information in the JCCQAS risk management and databases;
- Utilize databases for production of various reports, including quarterly reports;
- Conduct Joint Centralize Credentials Quality Assurance System (JCCQAS) database maintenance and validation;
- Prepare reports and ensure format compliance;
- Track and verify malpractice verification and claims history.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum of 5 years of Quality Analyst Experience;
- Ability to navigate in multiple software systems and applications with ease;
- Must work well in a team environment;
- Resourceful, Articulate, and Detail Oriented;
- automation experience;
- Experience with for-market software;
- Six Sigma Master Black Belt;
- 5+ years of experience;
- Master’s Degree;
- Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred, Black Belt or higher is a plus;
- Excel modeling and analytics.
