Responsibilities:

  • Materialize compelling cutting-edge solutions adapted to the needs of the prospects that the sales teams will uncover;
  • Help to create preconfigured dashboards and presentations based on company positioning;
  • Assist in creating customized implementation plans for enterprise clients;
  • Work together with the product development team to provide product feedback and test specific improvements;
  • Optimizing the presentation of the tool, in its setup, and with compelling visuals;
  • Participate in global solution team webinars;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support;
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs;
  • Help clients drive business growth through strong technical alignment and integration of the ContentSquare;
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to grow selected accounts;

  • The Senior Solution Consultant (SC) is responsible for presenting Tipalti’s solution to our prospects and winning the technical recommendation;
  • The SC owns all the technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the Tipalti sales cycle;
  • The SC should adopt the concept of Business Value Selling within the context of the Challenger Sale Model.

Requirements:

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting to large and small audiences;
  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, business intelligence;
  • Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise class software solutions;
  • Outstanding problem solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution;
  • A strong analytical approach and natural inquisitiveness;
  • ERP experience, accounts payable, or fintech expertise is a plus;
  • Ability to build compelling value-driven presentations;
  • Experience enabling channel partners in pre-sales;
  • Ability to engage with all levels in an organization;
  • Must be willing to work in a fast paced startup environment with multiple roles;
  • Experience with ERP software and/or Fin Tech;
  • Management experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills;
  • Proactive in going above and beyond individual and team expectations;
  • Experience with RPA and RPA solutions.
