Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware;
- Configuration management which includes thorough documentation of all network/hardware changes;
- Receive reports of incidents via Help Desk phone system;
- Apply DISA STIGs and resolve security vulnerabilities;
- Develop and provide technical training and supports; provide backup to department staff as needed;
- Provide Tier III Operational Support (troubleshooting);
- Be on-call on a rotational basis to support essential business clients and emergency situations;

- Strong understanding & ability to work to an ITIL or Agile framework;
