Our company is looking for a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer needs into project and system requirements;
  • Assist in the technical evaluation of new GEOINT Services technologies;
  • Provide integration and engineering expertise to guide successful consolidation of Globe and Gateway content services;
  • Produce activity reports as needed to support the project lead;
  • Capture and maintain requirements, capabilities, and service baseline documents;
  • Lead project efforts in support of readiness GO/NO-GO events, with focus on protecting NSG baseline system integrity;
  • Generate Requests for Change (RFCs) as required and leads configuration control board process coordination;
  • Assists in the translation of architectural concepts into system/segment requirements and interfaces;
  • Lead the identification, tracking, mitigation, and resolution technical risks and issues;
  • Lead the development of key project products, such as CONOPS, requirements documents, and transition plans;
  • Hands-on design and execution of complex test methods to assess hardware and system performance per Design Input Requirements;
  • Plan and manage the integration cycles based on customer execution needs or program deliverables;
  • Partner with IT Architects, QA teams, application/project/security teams and vendors to plan, design, and implement new IT infrastructure;
  • Participate hands-on in the system integration cycles to bring about the entire system for validation and testing;
  • Create scripts and integration software for aiding in the integration process and system validation.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of design of experiments, interpretation of test results, failure investigation and root cause failure analysis;
  • Willing to work independently and manage priorities on multiple tasks;
  • Medical device and/or in vitro Diagnostic product launch experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – effortlessly translate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience;
  • Microfluidics expertise;
  • Understanding of assay product development lifecycle;
  • Well-developed mathematical and statistical analysis skills;
  • Programming experience in C/C++, Python, or other;
  • Data analysis expertise and experience with various data analysis software packages such as Origin, Matlab, Mathematica, Minitab or other.
