Senior Training Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Training Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate training programs, assesses results, and recommends enhancements as needed;
- Review training documents and provide feedback (IPRD, IMRD, TCCD, etc.);
- Support and represent customer during Integrated Product Reviews during Content Conversion Phase of RRL;
- Assist with preparation of Contractor’s monthly progress reports;
- Collaborate with CSCS and other stakeholders to design and develop effective training solutions to support Fleet needs;
- Manage collection of required Government Furnished Information (GFI), to include upgrading GFI as course revisions occur.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in CBRN material as well as an understanding of the hazards associated with their manufacture, transport and use;
- Active high-level clearance (current DHS Suitability preferred);
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent;
- Experience: 7+ years;
- Ability to obtain high-level clearance and DHS suitability clearance.
