Responsibilities:
- Hands on Lead for the End User Support team;
- Vendor Management;
- Maintain high performing service support functions including IT Service Desk, Desktop support, Level 2 Operations, and Networking Support.
Requirements:
- Associate’s of Applied Science (AAS);
- ITIL Qualified is preferred, but not required;
- ITIL Certified, preferred;
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 Suite;
- Excellent leadership and people management;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Three years management experience.
