Our company is looking for a Service Desk Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands on Lead for the End User Support team;
  • Vendor Management;
  • Maintain high performing service support functions including IT Service Desk, Desktop support, Level 2 Operations, and Networking Support.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s of Applied Science (AAS);
  • ITIL Qualified is preferred, but not required;
  • ITIL Certified, preferred;
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 Suite;
  • Excellent leadership and people management;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Three years management experience.
