Requirements:

  • 3+ years of working with Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services;
  • Programming experience with C#
  • 3+ years of PowerShell automation experience;
  • Familiar with Agile & SRE principles;
  • Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements;
  • Experience with Windows Conditional Access policies;
  • An immense customer focus and understanding on the importance of Live Site;
  • Proven experience with large scale Identity management;
  • Experienced with network technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, proxies and the TCP/IP suite;
  • 3+ years of project management and cross-group collaboration skills on technical projects;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Prior experience driving customer adoption of Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, or related products;
  • Solid understanding of protocols including RTP, ICE, STUN, TURN, and SIP;
  • Track record of technically supporting large IT deployments from evaluation all the way through deployment and adoption at scale to thousands of users;
  • Fluent written and spoken English, including technical terms.
