Requirements:
- 3+ years of working with Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services;
- Programming experience with C#
- 3+ years of PowerShell automation experience;
- Familiar with Agile & SRE principles;
- Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements;
- Experience with Windows Conditional Access policies;
- An immense customer focus and understanding on the importance of Live Site;
- Proven experience with large scale Identity management;
- Experienced with network technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, proxies and the TCP/IP suite;
- 3+ years of project management and cross-group collaboration skills on technical projects;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Prior experience driving customer adoption of Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, or related products;
- Solid understanding of protocols including RTP, ICE, STUN, TURN, and SIP;
- Track record of technically supporting large IT deployments from evaluation all the way through deployment and adoption at scale to thousands of users;
- Fluent written and spoken English, including technical terms.
