Our company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist on responses to Request for Proposals during the sales cycle;
  • Provide advice and counsel on proposals and pricing based on unique customer needs;
  • Provide targeted, needs-based, sales demonstrations to clients and prospective clients;
  • Assist in updating training manuals;
  • Support AgilOne’s Enterprise Sales Executives with solution selling into prospect account base focusing on new logo acquisition;
  • Ability to be successful with a high workload without larger company resources, but with all the support of a hands-on and supportive team;
  • Intimately know and consistently win against the competition;
  • Implementation of new integrations and programs;
  • Be a credible and trusted advisor by speaking at the same level of sophisticated direct marketers;
  • Proven experience in partnering with sales executives to mutually plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles;
  • Ability to learn and demo the AgilOne platform robust capabilities;
  • Assess, evaluate, and propose technical solutions according to client needs and constraints;
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for stakeholder meetings;
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress while identifying and mitigating risks;
  • Complete and maintain pertinent internal documents and records to support internal business functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Must show initiative and be flexible;
  • Ability to coordinate activities and meet deadlines;
  • Proven success in boxing out competition;
  • Strong financial management background and a thorough understanding of budget management;
  • Work closely with Account Sales Executive peer to define, create and execute account sales strategies;
  • Ability to forge and maintain strong and lasting relationships;
  • Experience in sales and marketing or business development is advantageous;
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience with marketing solutions, products, and/or services to customers;
  • Excellent verbal, writing, grammatical, time management, and organizational skills;
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise marketing solutions;
  • Willing to travel 30-40% of the time for customer onsite visits;
  • Consulting fundamentals including design process, implementation approaches, and support strategies;
  • Excellence in execution: have a bias for action, a commitment to execution, and attention to detail;
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in an enterprise software (preferably SaaS) environment.
