Our company is looking for a Systems Integrator IV to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides high profile and complex integration support directly to the office director and deputy director ;
  • Contribute to evolving process improvements for the benefit of the enterprise;
  • Participate in efforts to strengthen system SI & SE practices by reviewing and re-baselining processes and supporting documentation;
  • Interacts with all members and may work on projects individually or in a team setting, and performs tasks with no supervision and minimum guidance;
  • Track and manage Action Items, minutes, generating quarterly/yearly reports, as required;
  • Assist in the creation and coordination processes of management boards through maintenance of policies, decision-making structures, charters, etc;
  • Collaborate with multiple organizations to share information, ensure organizations are aware of upcoming meetings, etc;
  • Site Collection Administrator and content manager for Strategic Vendor Management (SVM) SharePoint site and SVM acquisition site;
  • Support preparations, logistics, and escorting for one-on-one meetings with Senior LEadrship, vendor visits, etc;
  • Support and coordinate responses to CAT (action tracker) and other data calls regarding the organizations vendors;
  • Receive, process and track clearance pipeline submissions for all vendors. Provide metrics to senior leadership and provide planning materials;
  • Collaborate with Cos, COTRs and PMs on acquisition information to post for vendor feedback.

Requirements:

  • Arranging for photography of deliverables in both phases of Innovation Immersion;
  • Immersion materials on-site;
  • Other duties as needed to ensure that training sessions and Innovation Immersion are run successfully;
  • Sending correspondence to enrollees , adjuncts, and volunteers as needed;
  • Ensuring content is up to date/modifying or removing content tha t is no longer accurate;
  • Ordering new supplies for the courses as needed;
  • Assisting with content management of online portals (Meridian, the DAP website, etc);
  • Ensuring that the instructor-select courses are i ncluded in the yearly P r ogram call;
  • Handling the logistics of the residential sessions at off-site facilitates;
  • Sending course surveys after every running;
  • Uploading new content;
  • Working with DTC personnel to manage the logistics of storing Innovation;
  • Notifying tech support and/or internal web developers of any technical problems;
  • Scheduling dates and locations for training sessions.
