Our company is looking for a Systems Integrator Technical Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as an expert editorial resource for the group;
  • Management of small projects and long-term organizational efforts;
  • Facilitating discussions to identify and resolve editorial issues and consistencies in complex, sensitive, or sophisticated text and graphics;
  • Applying business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies and principles and business process modernization projects;
  • Working with Customer to establish and improve RO processes and procedures;
  • Ensuring RO team adheres to established RO processes and procedures;
  • Annual and periodic (as necessary) inventory audits;
  • Physical movement of inventory to support engineering and operational needs;
  • Manage the Sponsor’s SharePoint document repository;
  • Ensure corporate writing standards, including proper classification markings;
  • Assisting in the developing governance processes, procedures, and workflow management processes;
  • Supporting Division-level mangement with development of presentations and graphics content;
  • Acquiring or verify document information by interviewing Subject Matter Experts;
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of documents and presentations in accordance with the Sponsor’s templates and style guides;
  • Conducting internal peer reviews of documents in preparation for formal review Facilitate and track formal documentation reviews.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading teams or demonstrated leadership potential;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A minumum of 5 years experience with the IC or DoD;
  • Ability to be proactive understanding Customer issues and needs, and taking action quickly to bring to resolution;
  • A minimum of 7 years experience providing RO, Inventory Management and/or equipment procurement support;
  • TS/SCI with POLY;
  • 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD or 20+ years with HS diploma;
  • Ability to quickly learn Customer RO processes and mission space.
