Our company is looking for a WordPress Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot reported errors and implement permanent solutions;
  • Knowledgeable in working with front-end libraries and frameworks such as jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular.js, Vue.js, and React.js;
  • Develop custom user-facing features for new website use cases;
  • Work within current creative team to develop and maintain highly visible client web sites;
  • Proactively perform cross-browser testing and optimizations;
  • Maintain familiarity with content management and eCommerce solutions such as WordPress, Joomla and Magento;
  • Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code;
  • Perform troubleshooting as needed to ensure uptime, working links, and broken images;
  • Advise on best practices for UX, site flow, micro-interactions, usability, and A/B testing for continual improvement and optimization;
  • You will learn and have the opportunity to consult on client project goals (UI/UX, SEO best practices, conversion tracking, Usability, UI / UX);
  • Adhere to company brand standards and visual identity presented in the brand guidelines;
  • Interpret wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps;
  • Wireframe and annotate complex projects to guide internal teams to meet marketing objectives and produce breathtaking assets;
  • Set design guidelines, best practices and standards;
  • Use analytics data to inform and evolve the design and performance of the conversion flows and overall website.

Requirements:

  • Develop custom user-facing features for new website use cases;
  • Troubleshoot reported errors and implement permanent solutions;
  • Adept at making pixel perfect sites that meet design/technical requirements;
  • Experience designing within a grid framework;
  • Experience with Angular or React;
  • Communication Skills;
  • Demonstrated dedication to produce clean and concise code, following internal guidelines and industry best practices;
  • Experience with Elementor Page Builder;
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics;
  • Strong front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery);
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming;
  • PHP/WordPress Expertise (5+ years);
  • Experienced with front-end frameworks: Twitter Bootstrap, Foundation, etc;
  • Adaptability to change direction of a project on a moment’s notice;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, with a drive to succeed.
