Our company is looking for a Concrete Carpenter to join our team.


  • Insert spreaders and tie rods between opposite faces of form to maintain specified dimensions;
  • Lift and handle built-in-place forms and/or assembles, erects and installs prefabricated forms;
  • Pour and screed concrete to grade and straight edged;
  • Demonstrate good Knowledge and ability to use the following forming systems;
  • Stick Frame Wood Forms;
  • Proficiently erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level;
  • Proficiently form slabs, columns and walls for concrete pours;
  • Layout, measuring and cutting for fabrication of wood forms;
  • Layout, assembly and dismantling of forming systems;
  • Smooth out concrete in segments to ensure the concrete poured is level;
  • Layout and install concrete forms;
  • Use groovers and hand trowels to spread concrete;
  • Bore bolt holes in timber, masonry or concrete walls, using power drill;
  • Cut or saw boards, timbers, or plywood to required size, using handsaw, power saw, or woodworking machine;
  • Demonstrates ability to cut, bend, install and tie rebar.


  • Must be reliable and self-motivated;
  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety;
  • Drug free at all times;
  • High standard of integrity and professionalism;
  • 18 Years or older;
  • Have a reliable way to get to the jobsite;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Transportation to work;
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools;
  • Must be able to work in all kinds of weather;
  • Have the ability and knowledge to read prints;
  • Must be basic concrete carpentry hand tools;
  • Good hand/eye balance is required in order to use the tools necessary to complete the required work;
  • OSHA-10 is must (Training Provided);
  • 4 years of experience as a commercial/industrial concrete carpenter.
