Our company is looking for a General Labor Worker to join our team.

Keeping your work area clean;
Must be able to work in hot, cold or inclement climate conditions (outdoor conditions);
Clean shop, yard, parking lots and facility as directed to include shoveling bulk material;
Employees are expected to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC);
Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including fork lift, tractor, boom lift and handcart;
All daily preventative maintenance on facility mechanical equipment to include, greasing, oil change, filter change-out, minor repairs and painting;
Other duties could include working throughout the facility to provide support during product loading and receiving operations;
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, shop area and workstations neat;
To know and adhere to all Company policies, regulations and standards;
Follow production schedules;
Follow all company policies and product safety at all times;
Follow basic packaging on a moving line;
Loading and unloading trucks;
Other duties as assigned;
Pulling orders with an Electric Pallet Jack.

Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions in English;
Ability to work in a dusty environment with exposure to hot, cold, or rainy weather;
Ability to safely and effectively operate equipment;
Ability to climb on and off required equipment;
Applicant may be subject to a background check;
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment;
Reliable transportation;
Ability to follow safety practices to ensure safety of self and coworkers;
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis;
Ability to climb ladders and work on your feet for most of the day;
Excellent attendance;
Ability to safely and effectively operate in a fast-paced production environment;
Positive attitude;
High school diploma or equivalent.
