Licensed Home Inspector Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Licensed Home Inspector to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Complete inspection reports for each client within 24 hours of inspecting property;
- Report any issues or concerns regarding inspection;
- Adhere to all safety and ethics guidelines at all times;
- Complete detailed on-site home inspections;
- Follow-up with appropriate parties.
Requirements:
- Physical ability: Work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, access crawl space and enter attics;
- Ability to pass all employment screening and technical knowledge exam(s);
- North Carolina Home Inspection License (or ability to pass the exam);
- Stand for long periods of time;
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation;
- Lift up to 50 pounds;
- Required to authorize background and driving record checks.
