Requirements:

- Must hold a valid teacher license in the subject and/or grade level for the state in which you are applying;
- TEFL/TESOL Certificate or professional teaching license;
- Experience with Wilson “Fundations” phonics program preferred;
- Proven track record of assisting students with academic gains;
- Native English speaker;
- Must hold or be working towards a valid teacher license in the subject and/or grade level for the state in which you are applying for;
- Must be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive learning community is established;
- Energetic, adaptable, and open to Chinese culture;
- Excellent knowledge of child development, latest education theories and practices, and current trends in education and professional development;
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Masters preferred;
- Familiarity with Lucy Calkins’ Reading and Writing programs;
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably Kindergarten level;
- Kindergarten experience or experience with young children preferred;
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
