Our company is looking for a Sr. Agile Coach to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, launch and facilitate agile collaborative groups: Communities of Practice, Scrum of Scrums and Incubator teams;
  • Support and educate Product Owners to refine and clarify the product backlog in support of deliverables;
  • Train new teams in the fundamental principles and values of Agile, including Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks; develop and refine training materials;
  • Develop, implement and/or maintain information radiators, external communication tools, status reports and executive dashboards;
  • Encourage the team to assess obstacles, brainstorm solutions, and apply knowledge gained through prior experience, education or training;
  • Utilize creative conflict resolution techniques to minimize conflict within the team or between teams across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including organizational, team building, issue resolution, and customer relationship management;
  • Track record of agile education: training, conferences, user groups, self-study;
  • Agile Coaching certification (ICP – ACC, ICE – AC, ACO – ATF);
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent of education and experience;
  • Ability to apply game-oriented facilitation techniques and tools;
  • Experience working with global teams;
  • Knowledge of Jira to capture user stories and track team progress;
  • Comfortable using and presenting content to the team and leadership;
  • Experience being on multiple Scrum teams with a wide range of diversity (team size, organization, cultures, multiple locations);
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks: XP, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Crystal, FDD;
  • Servant leadership skills: facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and transparency;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and training skills;
  • Demonstrate servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency;
  • Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, A-CSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
