Responsibilities:

  • Measures progress against plans and stated goals as it applies to program documentation;
  • Coaches staff in the development of their work plans, their assigned duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority;
  • Manages the flow of clinical services;
  • Completing management related documentation such as timekeeping records, performance evaluations, in a timely manner;
  • Effective work with families;
  • Budget compliance;
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Scheduling;
  • Fleet management;
  • Outside agencies and the community;
  • Development of ISP’s and the coordination of areas relating to the behavior interventions;
  • Monitoring quality services to the people we serve;
  • Supervise and train staff;
  • Facility Management;
  • Payroll.

Requirements:

  • Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office;
  • Very strong customer service skills;
  • Knowledge of OCC licensing requirements helpful;
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
