Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, service quality and timeliness via observation and routine checks;
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed by fellow employees;
- Proactively assist fellow staff members when necessary;
- Help ensure consistency in service and product;
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and interact with customers while performing duties;
- Assist in training new employees and introducing them to the established practices and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management/supervisory role preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals;
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively;
- Excellent customer service and people skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
