Our company is looking for a Executive Producer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Research to increase TSV and ratings;
  • Navigates simultaneous demands, prioritizes resources appropriately, and mitigates associated challenges;
  • Builds relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver against asks while cultivating an environment that allows for innovation;
  • Develops and mentors a team of producers. Establishes standards, tools and an aligned approach for leading a creative team to set;
  • Manages and clearly communicates overall production schedules, budgets, project deliverables, and resource needs;
  • Builds, maintains and publishes production schedules that meet cross-functional workstreams and deadlines;
  • Runs day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges;
  • Leads and manages communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information that informs multiple producers in the seasonal campaigns;
  • Clearly communicates production and budget status to partners;
  • Leads all aspects of production to eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and produces high-quality shoots expertly;
  • Plans, handles, and communicates efficient internal and external workflows, and works on their improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and common Internet browsers and applications;
  • Minimum 3 years, high-level, supervisory editorial experience overseeing cable non-fiction program production for production company or cable network;
  • Minimum 10 years’ of working experience acting as a lead producer in a creative advertising agency or internal creative team;
  • You’ve managed and mentored a team of producers or creatives;
  • You’re a usage and license guru and can navigate those territories with expertise and confidence;
  • You’ve established tools and processes for efficiencies within the production team that add value, transparency and collaboration;
  • Demonstrated understanding of budgets and estimated costs when conceptualizing programs;
  • Prior advertising, agency and internal creative team with like-minded brands experience required;
  • Able to manage a multitude of projects without losing sight of the big creative picture or the smallest production detail;
  • You have expertise in content creation and production processes; ideally within a marketing, e-com, apparel, or fashion business model;
  • 5+ years of experience in live event TV, web production, or a combination thereof;
  • Proven ability to contribute in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or associated design/production field;
  • Experience building and leading a production team.
