Our company is looking for a Job Coach to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete task analysis of job duties;
  • Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to participants;
  • Ensure employees attend required safety meetings and report Workers’ Compensation injuries to management immediately;
  • Host guests by teaching and training them how to throw axes, knives, and shoot a bow and arrows safely;
  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service;
  • Complete special projects as needed and any additional duties assigned by management team;
  • Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations;
  • Be presentable, have fun, help guests to have fun. Put on a good show;
  • Assist with overseeing employee performance and provide regular coaching, communication, and feedback on production goals and expectations;
  • Ensure accurate and rapid movement and processing of merchandise as well as accurate count of every product through the sorter before shipping;
  • Advise management of any breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately to ensure good routine preventive maintenance on all equipment;
  • Adding up scores;
  • Be able to multi-task, and thrive in a fast paced environment;
  • Be respectful and encouraging to all staff and guests;
  • Provide proper follow through and maintaining a good flow of communication with management and all personnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences preferred;
  • Strong presentation and verbal/writing skills;
  • Good mathematical and counting skills required;
  • Must maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times with the highest level of customer service;
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, additional education is a plus;
  • Working knowledge of warehouse systems;
  • Possess a sense of urgency to work in a time sensitive, fast-paced team environment;
  • Prior working experience in a production, distribution, and warehouse environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, encourage, and lead team members;
  • Must be goal oriented and task driven to meet deadlines;
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for grasping, reaching, pulling, and pushing;
  • Minimum 2-4 years of Retail / Restaurant/ Hospitality experience;
  • Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center environment with strong work ethics and a high degree of excellence;
  • Teachable, willing to learn and grow;
  • Must possess customer service skills.
