Production 3rd shift Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Production 3rd shift to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Working in a fast paced environment to meet quotas;
- Various production/ manufacturing tasks as needed;
- Assembling small devices in a clean room environment;
- Performing assembly by hand and using small hand tools;
- Packing production pieces for shipment;
- Operating machinery such as CNC, drill press or punch press;
- Handling the final inspection of precision small parts.
Requirements:
- We encourage applicants who do not have a college degree to apply;

- Commitment to quality and strong attention to detail;
- Previous manufacturing/assembly experience is helpful but not required;
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift;
- Have an understanding of measuring tools and equipment;
