Our company is looking for a Senior Producer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and track team needs and risks in order to support them with resources, services and solutions;
- Facilitate the pipeline process itself by scheduling and running meetings, reviews and mechanisms for ongoing effective communication;
- Help shape development practices and processes to improve overall team efficacy;
- Assist in validating team staffing and organization;
- Develop strong relationships with our game teams to successfully collaborate and mentor them through team and execution challenges;
- Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to provide actionable status updates;
- Manage the progress of teams throughout the pipeline, coordinating milestones, deliverables and communication across groups at Activision;
- Help create, manage, and maintain clearly-defined development processes and work-flows;
- Synthesize, prioritize and follow up on a cycle of feedback between stakeholders and game teams;
- Track and communicate constraints (budget, resources, time) on multiple teams, projects and studios, and hold them accountable to those constraints;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Develops a road map for production, laying out optimal timing and milestones with Project Management and Brand Leadership Teams;
- Keep a pulse on Business Application Platform studio health and morale; generate positive energy;
- Manage Business Application Platform Studiobudget and annual spend;
- Define the Business Application Platform design process for maximum efficiency and quality output.
Requirements:
- 8+ years as a Producer working within film and video, and/or within a creative agency;
- Demonstrated ability to unblock creatives, while managing relevant stakeholder expectations;
- A penchant for details and organization, including the prioritization of tasks, and communication of progress to meet deadlines;
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environments , embracing flexibility with a willingness to pivot;
- Experience managing a game as a service with Agile principles and practices;
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of mentoring talent;
- Proficient with Jira and Confluence;
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
- 5+ years of experience working on AAA console/PC games as a Producer, Scrum Master, or Project Manager;
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution;
- Direct experience through an entire product’s development from Concept to Street;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and strong interpersonal and relationship building skills;
- 7+ years’ experience in PC and console videogame game development;
- Comfortable raising concerns and issues;
- Experience with production during ideation, iteration and pre-production phases.
