Swim Team Coach Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Swim Team Coach to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attend swim team related meetings;
- Coaching children ages 5-18 all of the strokes and fundamentals of swimming;
- Attend and assist with planning of team building related activities;
- Communicate with the parents and families;
- Pactice 3-7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday with swim meets on Monday nights;
- Complete the entries of the team for swim meets.
Requirements:
- CPR/First Aid Certification;
- Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certification;
- One season of experience teaching Red Cross swimming lessons or previous experience coaching a swim team.
