Responsibilities:

  • Check pick sheets for any errors or mis-keyed items;
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated;
  • Upholds and complies with policies and attitudes adopted by the company;
  • Handle general employee inquiries and solves problems;
  • Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse;

  • Regularly requires carrying objects that are up to 50 lbs by hand;
  • Regularly requires carrying objects that are 50 lbs or more using equipment;
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills;
  • 0-25% travel may be required;
  • Fill in as an LTO as necessary;
  • 3-5 years of warehouse management experience;
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to implement process improvement initiatives;
  • Wood product industry knowledge highly desired;
  • Oversee lift truck maintenance and inspections;
  • Keep an organized work area;
  • Previous supervisor or management experience.
