Our company is looking for a Order Picker to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Palletizing products;
  • Operate handling equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed;
  • Stages items correctly for delivery;
  • Performs other general warehouse duties as needed;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Manages pick ticket orders;
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in all locations within the distribution center;
  • Following all safety procedures and protocols;
  • Remove and properly document all damages found or caused on inbound/outbound merchandise;
  • Using an RF scanner;
  • Measure, weigh, and count products and materials;
  • Other general labor duties as needed;
  • Picking and preparing orders for shipment;
  • Locate products using technology;
  • Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

  • Should possess time management skills and be able to meet targets;
  • Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and work in both a hot and cold warehouse environment;
  • Experience in operating basic warehouse equipment;
  • Should have the ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, meets deadlines, and work with difficult task assignments;
  • Ability to work in freezer temperatures -20 degrees;
  • Must be able to work 12p-9p, Mon-Fri. or 7 am to 730 pm Possible mandatory OT on weekends;
  • Forklift;
  • Receiving/Put-Away;
  • Flexibility on scheduling for their start and end times based on work volume;
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S;
  • Follow all safety rules, attention to detail for order accuracy, and great hand/eye coordination;
  • HS Diploma or GED;
  • Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds on occasion;
  • All candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
