Waterjet Operator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Waterjet Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Process and Program Parts for waterjet Manufacturing;
- Complete value-added processes such as drilling, tapping, post-machining, deburring and polishing;
- Perform preventive maintenance and light repairs on the waterjet;
- Manages inventories and stock;
- Operating a sit-down forklift;
- Operate CNC Waterjet and other machine tools;
- Safely move and handle large, heavy metal sheet, plate and parts using proper equipment.
Requirements:
- Ability to conduct post-waterjet operations (deburring, polishing, etc.);
- Metal Fabrication: 2+ years (preferred);
- CNC Waterjet operator: 2+ years (required);
- Experience with CNC press brake a strong plus.
