- Ensures prompt delivery of food to guest tables;
- Pre-busses whenever possible;

- Prep bar items;

Requirements:
- Ability to assess station needs and act accordingly;
- Outgoing and engaging personality;
- Proactive at identifying and completing work needs;
- Great spoken and written communication;
- Must have high volume experience and good food and service knowledge;
- Must remain calm and professional in a busy environment;
- Must be able to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner;
- Must be able to work an indoor or outdoor setting depending on event;
- Must have an outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful, accommodating disposition;
- Must be able to speak and hear, use close and distance vision, and identify and distinguish colors;
- Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak English fluently and to read and write in basic English;
- Arizona Liquor Law Certification;
- Must be 21 and have some bar experience.
