Our company is looking for a Breakfast Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen;
  • Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards;
  • Stock and maintain designated food station(s);
  • Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed;
  • Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner;
  • Basic cooking functions such as kneading dough, and preparing sauces;
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff;
  • Follow recipes and prepare simple dishes;
  • Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking;
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies;
  • Organizing Kitchen, Cleaning and detailing on a daily basis;
  • Cooking menu items in a timely manner and working as a team;
  • Clean up station and set up the next shift;
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safty standards;
  • Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.

Requirements:

  • Breakfast experience;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal;
  • Experience as a Breakfast Cook a plus;
  • Ability to communicate and listen to team members;
  • Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs;
  • 3 plus years experience in high volume fast paced kitchens.
