Our company is looking for a Cook II to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner;
- Stock and maintain designated food station(s);
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products;
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations;
- Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen;
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Works with speed, consistency and organization;
- Servesafe certificate within 30 days of start date;
- Knowledgeable in food service sanitation standards, personal hygiene and safety;
- Must be a team player;
- Knife Skills;
- Minimum of one-year Prep Cook Experience;
- Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent work experience;
- Proficiency in the English language and good communication skills.
