Our company is looking for a Cook II to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner;
  • Stock and maintain designated food station(s);
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products;
  • Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations;
  • Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen;
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Works with speed, consistency and organization;
  • Servesafe certificate within 30 days of start date;
  • Knowledgeable in food service sanitation standards, personal hygiene and safety;
  • Must be a team player;
  • Knife Skills;
  • Minimum of one-year Prep Cook Experience;
  • Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent work experience;
  • Proficiency in the English language and good communication skills.
