Our company is looking for a Counter Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and make them feel at home;
  • Answer any questions guests may have, including going over the menu with them;
  • Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner, making sure to do whatever possible to ensure the guest leaves happy;
  • Check stock, enter orders, and process returns and transfers;
  • Respond to customers inquiries and provide information about AC Pro products and services;
  • Be available to assist in other areas as needed;
  • Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Answer customer questions;
  • Researching parts and accessories online;
  • Follow daily checklists to maintain a clean, safe, and accurate work environment;
  • Clean Front of House area, following daily shift checklists, to maintain a tidy and sanitary work environment;
  • Answer any questions the customers may have about the menu and Slapfish;
  • Assist Customers in preparing their orders;
  • Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Weekend availability required (ABSOLUTE MUST);
  • Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees/guests;
  • Possess strong customer service skills;
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus;
  • Prior experience or knowledge of SAGE is a plus;
  • Able to work overtime and Saturday mornings;
  • Must be able to spell, read, write, speak fluent English;
  • Call center or rental counter experience preferred;
  • Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees/patrons;
  • Must have Troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
  • Good communication skills with customers;
  • Prior customer service experience necessary;
  • Must be self-motivated with high standards and without the need for constant supervision;
  • Must accept constructive criticism;
  • Patient attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees/guests.
