  • Implements & coordinates the culinary function;

  • Manages food & physical safety programs;
  • Financial management to include food cost & labor management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience is preferred in a culinary leadership role, within a campus setting a plus;
  • High expectations for customer service and quality of food;
  • Passion for food and innovation;
  • Strong Leadership ability;
  • Ability and willingness to develop and train hourly employees;
  • Strong food safety and sanitation and HACCP standards;
  • Strong understanding of financials as they apply to cost controls of food and labor;
  • Ability to think out of the box;
  • High volume experience;
  • Strong computer skills.
