Our company is looking for a Food Server to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times;
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations;
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner;
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials;
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
- Attendance to 2 regional/national Networking Events annually;
- Client relations;
- Morning team meetings and workshops;
- Local Travel;
- Business Account Enrollment;
- Territory Management;
- Managing Trainees;
- Public Speaking and Presentations;
- Business Account Retention;
- 1-3 Market Research Business Trip Assignments.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail;
- Must have previous experience in food service or other relate fields;
- Flexible Schedule;
- Servers must know how to set a table properly and how to serve guests;
- Must have a Food Handlers card;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Must have experience setting up and breaking down for events;
- You must provide your own black dress pants and white dress shirt;
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight;
- Refined verbal communication skills;
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment;
- Must be at least 18 years old;
- Must have at least 1-2 years previous experience.
