Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand with honesty and integrity;

  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs;
  • Supervise and coordinate all activities;

  • Oversee culinary operations and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Professional in appearance and conduct;
  • Minimum of 3 years in an Executive Chef role;
  • Highly motivated to succeed with strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment;
  • High Volume Experience REQUIRED;
  • Scratch kitchen experience;
  • Culinary school background preferred;
  • Able to speak/understand Spanish preferred;
  • Able to communicate in English mandatory;
  • High energy, positive, can do person;
  • Hands-on previous experience in foodservice;
  • Independent, creative thinker;
  • Minimum of 2 years of salaried Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
