Our company is looking for a Wait Staff Server to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Carefully monitors the operation of the stores and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems;
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance;
  • Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example;
  • Maintains a clean and organized work-space;
  • Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction;
  • Uses the POS (point of sale) system effectively and correctly;
  • Handle all cash, credit, and gift cards received during the shift and properly account for all monies at the end of the each shift;
  • Ensure that each guest receives excellent service during their dining experience;
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by a manager;
  • Maintain proper etiquette with all staff members and guests.

Requirements:

  • Must live in service area. No relocation costs;
  • Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 10 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 30 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time;
  • Must be able to work around food and cleaning products;
  • Server experience in a fine dining setting is a plus;
  • Fast paced, high energy;
  • Be available for at least 2 lunch shifts and 2 dinner shifts a week;
  • Attention to detail – Clean and organized;
  • Outgoing and personable, team player;
  • Multitasking is a MUST.
