Our company is looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests;
  • Collects tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures;
  • Convey menu information over the phone to Guests and give accurate estimate of delivery time;
  • Serve orders by picking up and delivering patrons’ choices from bar and kitchen; deliver accompaniments and condiments from service stations;
  • Prepare dining room by keep tables clean and orderly;
  • Respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process;
  • Stay updated on current menu choices, specials and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc;
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor;
  • Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary;
  • Keep kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression and courses;
  • Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies;
  • Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting options; answering food preparation questions;
  • Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons’ choices; identifying patrons’ special dietary needs and special requests.

Requirements:

  • Operates a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines;
  • Solid Black slacks;
  • Solid black long sleeve button down shirt;
  • Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests;
  • Works with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions;
  • Communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated;
  • Maintains a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared;
  • Solid black socks/shoes;
