Caregiver Home Health Aide Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Caregiver Home Health Aide to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Medication reminders;
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, chores and errands;
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (i.e. feeding, bathing, toileting, dressing, walking, etc.);
- Driving clients to appointments/events/activities.
Requirements:
- Have a 2-STEP TB TEST;
- Ability to communicate both verbal and written;
- Have a valid driver’s license;
- Be willing to travel throughout ALL of Delaware county and parts of Chester county;
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information;
- Must be 18 years of age or older;
- Ability to work in a home-like setting;
- Have a RELIABLE VEHICLE and AUTO INSURANCE in your name;
- Be willing to work at least one weekend shift;
- Must be able to work independently.
