Responsibilities:
- Promoting client independence and wellness;
- Providing transportation to a doctor’s appointment;
- Calling the office team to report an emergency or important change in a client’s condition;
- Cooking nutritious meals;
- Accompanying to a museum or community event;
- Shopping with or for a client;
- Providing personal care (bathing, toileting, medication reminders).
Requirements:

- MA Driver’s License with a clean driving record;
- Direct care experience with compassion & dedication to providing top-level care;
- Great extras that are preferred but NOT required;
