Our company is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Report concerns about Residents to Supervisor and coworkers;
  • Provide transportation services, using company vehicle when requested;
  • Document information pertaining to changes in Residents’ functional status, personal needs, appointments, etc;
  • Practice safety in working and with use of equipment, chemicals, tools and utensils;
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor;
  • Respond to Resident emergencies; provide first aid assistance and arrange for appropriate medical attention;
  • Follow the service plan in providing services to Residents;
  • Encourage socialization among Residents;
  • Monitor health, safety and well-being of Residents;
  • Identify supplies needed to perform tasks and report needs to Supervisor;
  • Chaperone activities outside the facility when requested;
  • Assist in the development and updating of each Resident’s service plan;
  • Assist Residents with activities of daily living; including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility;
  • Skin care;
  • Turning and positioning.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma;
  • Appropriate documents required by the state in which you practice in;
  • Current CNA License or 75 Hour HHA Certificate;
  • 1+ years of CNA/HHA experience in a supervised setting within the past 3 years;
  • American Heart Assocation CPR;
  • Certified CNA for the state in which you practice or 1 year HHA experience;
  • 1+ years of CNA experience in a supervised setting within the past 3 years;
  • bilingual;
  • American Heart Association CPR.
