Our company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:

- Provide formal and informal supportive, programmatic and clinical supervision to staff, including weekly individual supervision;
- Provide home and community based clinical and case management support to reunified families;
- Meet with students (supervisees) at least one hour per week (not to exceed two hours/week);
- Support students in writing well-organized and clear psychological reports;
- Under the supervision of the Program Manager, provide supervision, leadership, and coaching to staff to reinforce quality case practice;
- Evaluates staff performance, accurately assessing the strengths and developmental needs of team members;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Provide clinical services and supports for families prior to foster care reunification;
- Maintain strict confidentiality with regard to client information;
- Review student clinical notes and testing reports and provide feedback to the student;
- Integrate diversity in the assessment, conceptualization, and treatment of clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in clinical supervision required;
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psy.D., or Ph.D;
- Must have completed a minimum of 15 hours of SW Supervision continuing education to supervise ASW’s;
- Must have completed a minimum of 6 hours of continuing education in Supervision to supervise MFT’s. (to be renewed each licensing cycle);
- Experience supervising doctoral-level students in a clinical setting;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
- A doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program;
- Must be a licensed psychologist;
- Ability to travel to assigned CMS sites;
- Experience with psychological testing and report writing;
- Requires four years of experience in substance abuse counseling, supervision, and training of behavioral health staff;
- Behavioral Health Licensed Professional dual credentialed (either LCSWS or LPS) and Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC).
