Our company is looking for a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant – Home Care to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Activities of daily living;
- Dressing;
- Oral feeding;
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc;
- Bathing;
- Grooming;
- Assisting with ambulation;
- Range of motion / exercises;
- Toileting;
- Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices;
- Light housekeeping;
- Medication assistance;
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration;
- Current C.N.A. certification;
- Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license in order to visit clients in their homes and other sites.
Requirements:
- Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board;
- Minimum one year work experience in any field;
- Minimum one year work experience;
- Current AHA CPR;
- Alzheimer’s experience preferred;
- Certified CNA for the state in which you practice;
- End of life experience preferred;
- 1+ years of CNA experience in a supervised setting within the past 3 years;
- Experience with Hoyer lift a plus;
- Current CPR Certification;
- Current State of Colorado Certificate;
- Minimum one year experience as a CNA in a supervised setting;
- Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board of RI;
- Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board in Delaware or any other state;
- Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide training (must of proof of training/certificate).
