Our company is looking for a Correctional Registered Nurse RN to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Educates patients family about their condition and how to create a supportive environment for the patients to return for long-term care and recovery;
- Collaborate with a variety of interdisciplinary professionals to determine and provide the best possible care for their patients;
- Updates plan of care when needed and observes and documents observations and care given to the residents;
- Maintains a safe environment using monitoring devices and restraining techniques where deemed necessary.
Requirements:
- Associates of Science in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing;
- Valid and Current Virginia RN License or compact license;
- Basic Life Support certification.
