Our company is looking for a Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Making referrals to resource personnel;
- Interpreting assessment data and information;
- Initiating an on-going systematic assessment of patients/families;
- Providing direction and leadership in patient care to assigned personnel;
- Providing nursing care to meet the needs of the hemodialysis patient;
- Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment;
- Promoting a work ethic of continuous quality improvement;
- Ensuring that medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately;
- Demonstrating skills in handling emergency and life-threatening situations;
- Teaching and counseling patients/families.
Requirements:
- Positive, caring and customer-service-oriented attitude;
- ACLS Certification;
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
- Critical care experience preferred;
- Valid Registered Nurse license in state of employment.
