Our company is looking for a Evening CAREGiver to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists client with all personal care functions as needed;
  • Use equipment and supplies safely and properly;
  • Observes and reports any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to immediate supervisor;
  • Prepare and serve meals as directed;
  • Help client with daily activities;
  • Helps provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and helping with laundry;
  • Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards;
  • Cleaning and household duties;
  • Medication administration;
  • Meal prepping for day time hours.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age;
  • Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance;
  • Must be certified for the State of Minnesota;
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects 50 lbs as needed;
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED;
  • Experienced Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) per state requirements;
  • The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed;
  • High School Diploma/GED or 1-2 years of relevant experience;
  • The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
