Our company is looking for a Full Time CAREGiver to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner;
- Medication and appointment reminders;
- Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen;
- Alzheimer’s Care;
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation;
- Ability to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew and cleaning solutions;
- Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds;
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach;
- Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect;
- Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations;
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and home management for clients;
- Assist with activities of daily living, including eating, dressing, etc;
- Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, shopping, walks etc.);
- Maintain clients’ and families’ confidentiality;
- Use the resource library as a tool to improve skills.
Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program;
- Take pride in providing high quality care;
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards;
- Must be willing to drive to serve a client in any part of our service territory (no exceptions);
- Possess a valid driver’s license or state identification;
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties;
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day;
- Must have a reliable vehicle be willing to drive to serve any client in any part of our service territory (no exceptions).
